First of all, I know what you’re thinking – 2010 was a decade ago. Yes I’m aware of that, but let me first preface by saying that a funny thing happens when you’re really into photography and cars, and surrounded by people who have the same passions… you end up doing some pretty cool things with your free time.
Ten years ago in November of 2010, I had fairly recently finished my undergrad and had just started my first job as an intern at Mercedes-Benz Canada. I didn’t have very many responsibilities outside of that, so an hour-long drive on a cold winter weekend was the perfect way to get out and learn how to shoot something new. That something new this time around was the Rally of the Tall Pines.
I was terrible at actually editing and posting a lot of my photos back then, so now that I have plenty of time on my hands thanks to the current global pandemic caused by COVID-19, I’ve picked out some of my favourites to share with the world. Enjoy!
Look forward to some more posts in the coming weeks as I dig deeper into the Lightroom archives!
